Oven Fried Perch
- 1 lb farm-raised yellow perch
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2/3 cup crushed crackers
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Combine crushed crackers, cheese, and spices in a bowl.
3. Brush fillets with melted butter.
4. Coat fillets with cracker mix and place in a 9 x 13 pan.
5. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the fish flakes with a fork.
