White Creek Farms of Indiana is a family owned business raising Rainbow Trout in south-central Indiana for the past 10 years. Eggs are hatched every 8 weeks keeping us in a year round supply of trout at all stages of growth. Being raised in a recirculating aquaculture system keeps away predators and disease. Primarily raised for food fish WCFI’s Rainbow Trout are found in many high-end restaurants in Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee. White Creek Farms provides fingerlings to several farms, institutions, and individuals for their own production.
