About Branch River Trout Hatchery
Branch River Trout Hatchery was started in 1985 and is one of the oldest private fish hatcheries and private processors in the state. We raise brook trout and Atlantic salmon primarily for food products we do make in-house. We are also one of the 1st wineries in the state of Wisconsin. This combination is unique to the industry. Trout Springs Winery entertains appx. 10,000 visitors per year.
