We offer delicious, high quality fresh and smoked trout products to the Chippewa Valley, Wisconsin area year-round. Our Hickory Smoked Rainbow Trout Fillets and Smoked Rainbow Trout Spread have built up a large local following. All of our products are available at local Farmer’s Markets through out the year. We also supply wholesale to restaurants, grocery and specialty shops in our area. When the summer season comes around, our 21 acre Farm is open to the public for fee-fishing. Our weekends provide great entertainment with fishing, live music, bar, and on-site restaurant grilling up many favorites, including YOUR trout caught from our ponds. The week days are busy with local youth groups, long term care facilities, and other local groups wanting a private day at the farm. Come check out the fun!
